Write to profesional1@tucone.com with your account email, the date and a description of the issue. For payment issues, include the transaction reference. Do not send passwords or full card details.

Payments processed by Wompi
To pay, you will go to Wompi’s payment environment. TuCone does not receive or store your full card number or security code; it keeps the reference and status needed to activate your access.
Payments are processed in Colombian pesos (COP). Wompi accepts domestic and international Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards, subject to available payment methods and bank approval. If your card uses another currency, check conversion rates and fees with your bank.
Choose card payment in Wompi and keep the transaction reference. The site’s exchange rates are informative and do not determine your bank’s conversion rate.
