What counts as a calculation?
A complete order counts as one calculation, even when it uses several containers. Pallets are calculated separately. Viewing results, changing colours, saving and generating reports do not use calculations.
Where are my projects stored?
Files are saved on your device. Your browser keeps a draft of your current work; download your project to keep a copy and open it later.
How is my plan activated?
Your plan activates when payment is confirmed. Check its price, validity and scope on the Plans page. There is no automatic renewal.
Does the layout guarantee safe loading?
The result is a proposed layout based on the data entered. Check actual dimensions, packaging strength, securing arrangements and equipment condition with those responsible for loading.
