To pay, you will go to Wompi’s payment environment. TuCone does not receive or store your full card number or security code; it keeps the reference and status needed to activate your access.
Payments are processed in Colombian pesos (COP). Wompi accepts domestic and international Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards, subject to available payment methods and bank approval. If your card uses another currency, check conversion rates and fees with your bank.
A complete order counts as one calculation, even if it includes several containers. Pallets are calculated separately. Changing colours, viewing results, generating reports and saving do not use calculations.
Validity begins when payment is confirmed. There is no automatic renewal. Price and terms are confirmed before payment; selecting a plan alone does not activate access.
